Pros

Collaborative and team-orientated company Great new office locations in London & East Providence Customer-centric and Excellent Product Good Work-Life Balance

Cons

Very slow at making changes, too many layers. There is a lot of resistance to change than other companies, especially within the sales organisation. Lack of understanding from the top down on how to drive and deliver change based on customer needs. Low pay compared to industry standard even after a pay review across all roles. Too many inicitives and creates very complex KPIs that we end up dropping and changing contsntly, lack of focus and drive.

Pros

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Cons

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
