Management wrote glowing FAKE REVIEWS, and required employees to write similarly glowing reviews (using management's fake reviews as examples to guide our efforts). We had to turn in the fake reviews to management for approval before submitting them to Glassdoor. Management "punched up" our versions, adding over the top positive comments. Then, we were required to post the final versions. The most ridiculous fake review is the one that gushes about the owners as the most amazing people - better than the employee's own parents! Pure nonsense. These positive reviews are totally full of lies, and were required from us to combat the truthful negative reviews. So, the truth is that the owners and managers are narcissistic, obnoxious, unprofessional bullies. Employees are treated like dirt. STAY AWAY. And, beware of positive reviews. They're BS.
