Flexible schedule, decent pay, relaxed environment

HR has hired their entire family. Most of their family members aren't competent enough to work at a speedway, but at MNS they get hired, promoted and raises handed out. Most of them "work" 10-3 each day. The company is on a pay freeze....unless you're a family member of HR. They cut their health benefits in half and tell employees they have no right to complain and should be thankful they still have health coverage and a job. If we could lose HR's dead weight over-paid family members the company would be able to give annual raises and decent health benefits again. However, MNS refuses to change, refuses to listen to the their employees and has let everyone know that we're all going down in this sinking ship together. Until someone reels in HR and sees that there is a huge problem with nepotism this will never be a decent place to work.
