      Pros

      Work Flex time. Welcoming coworkers with a desire to see everyone succeed and do their best. Interesting projects. Multiple engineering disciplines working together to achieve common goals! Career growth opportunities. Encouragement to learn new things and try new ideas that may not have been done before. Snacks!

      Cons

      Scheduling the use of space is an issue. Sometimes projects that are urgent get put on hold because of space constraints. Need a larger facility to be able to manufacture some of the larger projects.

      Pros

      Environment, coworkers, flexible work schedule, compensation, it's all good! If you're looking for a fast-paced, growing industry and want to feel rewarded as someone making a difference, MMA is the place to be. They take seriously good care of their employees and I truly feel like a part of a larger family.
