Pros
-Lots of projects to learn, opportunities for paid overtime work. -Working hours are followed with the odd exception here and there. - HR is efficient, approachable and helpful when required.
Cons
-Trainees/graduates/engineers struggle to get support as people are overloaded with work. - Not a professional environment to work i.e lots of noise at the office - The main Ipswich office often looks down on other offices. - Projects often get assigned to designers as 'urgent', already late, with small fees and designers often get blamed for the subsequent delays. - Stressful environment every day - Poor recruitment - Poor morale / people are unhappy at the company and it shows
