-terrible management
-inexperienced managers
-training is out dated
-machines required to use no training expected to train yourself sometime same day as events
-managers don't know how schedule properly-this went on for 2yrs never got better
-HR is with another company name so when they are wrong they say their another company 😆
-HR has never worked in the roles they are HR'ing and have no clue of what ia happening in the field and how their managers actually treat field staff
-can not keep staff so they over work those who are there
