So much room for personal and professional growth!

Too often things are considered to be urgent/an emergency.

I've been with the company for 4 years and worked in multiple facilities, departments, and jobs. There have been some growing pains with the size of the company and it being a startup, but overall the experience has been great. Newer executive management has a more solid and positive direction than in the past.

Corporate communication could be improved. HR isn't an advocate for us or seen as a helpful resource for employees
