Pros
Employees are all great people, and fun to be around. Everyone was always kind while I was there. They were flexible with my school schedule, and very accommodating to me. Even though I was busy with school, and not always able to be there for more than a few hours a day, they let me stay on until I left for graduate school. I will always appreciate them for that.
Cons
I was never really given a chance to work in a drafting capacity, despite being in architecture school at the time, and I really could have used that experience. At the time, however, I got the impression that the work was pretty unsteady. It improved while I was there, but not enough before I left to get drafting.
