      Great co workers and staff, great amount of vacation, sick and personal time(benefits).

      Cons

      Too much work, not willing to listen to their employees concerns, require 4 weeks notice when resigning or they keep your time accrued.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
