      Benefits are good that is only thing that keeps the employees going. MJHS is part of ElderPlan so reading through all the reviews are essential. All the employees are run by MJHS HR, there is no seperate HR for ElderPlan

      Cons

      Human Resources are not very proactive to what you have to say. Not very communicative and makes reckless decisions when letting employees go.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
