I have none to share. This was the most disorganized organization I've ever worked with.
Cons
The entire company is organized on a the shoulders of under qualified individuals stamped with titles of director and VP. If you have value to add, they won't allow it. Though processes are exhausted and manual there is no desire to become a progressive organization. The mentality is do as I say.
