Cons
Ever-growing and ineffective executive management. The number of VPs just keeps getting larger. Yet most staff and customers would not care if many of them were gone for months. Cultural integrity is declining rapidly. Whether it is due to the "good growth" strategy, which diluted the brand and resulted in work assignments that are very commercial consultant in nature, the new bent on compliance with Return to Office micromanagement, and/or the lack of new norms for acceptable behaviors (e.g., transferring costs to sponsors for internal mitre meetings), someone at the top or on the Board needs to wake up and take action.
