Pros

Great coworkers Pretty relaxed culture Occasional office luncheons, events, contests Flexible hours (most departments) Pet friendly Willing to hire people with non-traditional backgrounds (resulting in a great, diverse team)

Cons

Most departments are micro-managed by executive leadership. If you are willing to do whatever the CEO says, even if you and your entire department believe it's unhelpful or unethical, then you should be fine. But if you want to grow in your career and bring your own expertise to your role, this may not be a great place to do so. Only two weeks annual PTO for first two years (no separate sick leave) No written company policies High turnover

Pros

Remote/Hybrid work Flexible schedule Good Benefits package

Cons

CEO does not trust his supervisors often dictating new ideas directly without consulting his chain of command and will shift goalposts to avoid delivering contracted raises on whim. Sweeping SOP changes are levied impacting multiple departments without communication between teams. New ideas are often derived from niche forums and unrelated business models. The internal communication between departments is often needlessly hostile. A direct result of poor leadership, seeking blame instead of solutions. Some individuals will knowingly not execute their role and seek a scapegoat to avoid blame or culpability when things go awry.
