-Working with intelligent persons all around -Very accessible to public transportation -Half-off T passes I think that your experience at MIT very much depends upon your unique situation (supervisor, department, etc.).
Cons
-Support staff is not unionized. -No PPO health plan available. -Lack of promotions from within.
