Pros
--Benefits are amazing: great, on-campus healthcare with low co-pay; comprehensive vision & dental insurance; free T pass; all school holidays off plus 3 weeks vacation/year. --In almost all positions, you never work more than 40 hrs/week.
Cons
--People generally work here to pay the bills, and they do what they love outside of work. This can be a pro if that's what you're looking for, but it also means that there's a lot of complaining about work during the workday. --University salaries and raises capped at certain percentage of salary.
