Pros
I have really enjoyed working for Pcubed for over the last 12 years. Pcubed is truly an international company with offices all over the world. I enjoy working for a company with employees from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Pcubed also has provided me a great work-life balance by offering a generous holiday schedule for time off. They are well known in the consulting world as one of the most experienced companies for Project and Portfolio Management. I am always amazed at the quality and skills of the people working for the company. They also have a very impressive list of client success stories from just about all industries.
Cons
Very deadline driven place to work due to nature of the business. This can lead to some stressful periods but I would expect this at any job. Make sure you look for opportunities to find training and get certified outside of work hours. It can be difficult to get this training during work hours.
