Pros
The people/team itself were great to work with. Most property managers and leasing consultants were fun and social. Good place to begin in real estate if you are struggling to break into the industry. They will pretty much take anyone cause people keep leaving and so they are constantly hiring.
Cons
The managers just care about how many properties you lease. You get 4 emails first thing in the morning telling you to lease, but no incentives. And no, the pay does not make up for it. Property managers have almost 200 properties to manage with a very low wage. Lack of staff morale. All recognition is provided with a "but we need to do more". High staff turnover. 10 people had resigned within 6 months, and they still didn't make any changes to improve, it didn't bother them at all to try keep staff.
