      The best reason why I worked at the airport is to elevate my customer service to the passengers, and learn more on the ground handling situations.

      Cons

      Customer complaints because of delayed or cancelled flights. When some passenger missed their flights due to late approached whether at the check-in counter or at the boarding gate.
