      Great scientific facilities, great pension, flexible work, great colleagues at some departments.

      Cons

      Horrible managers, bullying, no vision or mission. Some roles are overworked, others are doing little. Outdated facilities and infrastructure.

      Good learning opportunities both face to face and online

      Cons

      Senior Management not interested in junior staff progression if your face fits you will go far Bonus and box mark 1's given to favourite staff only regardless of their input into tasks/work throughout the year
