Do not work at MHP, you will burnout. They hire smart people with massive egos who have no respect for their peers. It is a highly competitive environment where the only priority is cross-selling to clients. There is no collegiality, no mentorship programme (which for a company that size is shocking), no training of middle management on how to manage people (and it shows in their Directors too)—robotic, antipathic Directors who have lost their humanity in exchange for a competitive salary. Everyone is overworked, stressed, short-tempered. Avoid at all cost.
