      Learn a lot in short amount of time.

      Cons

      Pay was not competitive. You learn a lot because of unrealistic workload. Constant fear of being fired. Some partners / senior staff were great to work with; others made it obvious they don't really care about you

      Pros

      Working as admin staff is really great, the staff is nice and full timers receive an RRSP match.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up and justify a raise as duties don't really change.
