Pros
Hardly any Pros that I came across. You might get a chance to travel Middle-East for a week that too an year after or 2 you join.
Cons
Forget about work life balance, I was asked to travel to office for testing in Lab on Till Machines during strict quarantine period of Covid. They will present your salary as if you are gonna get the best salary by adding up too many variable component but, you are gonna get the least out of it. The higher management is very poor as you could not get any approval for simple things. And if you say that it's not safe to come outside home then you get a response from the team that even they are coming to office.
