Pros
• Some truly talented individuals on the creative and production teams • Exposure to high-profile brands and products • If you’re early in your career, you’ll learn a lot, mostly by being thrown into the deep end with no support or resources
Cons
• Chaotic, top-down leadership style with constant reorgs and unclear direction, especially on the marketing side • Toxic inner circle culture, if you’re not part of it, your work and voice are often ignored • Poor boundaries and unrealistic expectations (nights/weekends are often assumed) • Favoritism and politics heavily influence advancement; merit rarely does • No creative autonomy, most big decisions come from leadership with little to no experience in branding or storytelling • Morale is extremely low and turnover is high, especially among senior talent • HR appears performative at best; don’t expect meaningful support if issues arise
