Pros
Typical millenial office. There's a game room and a keg, and the atmosphere is pretty great. The employees are incredibly smart and helpful, most of the directors are great as well. Benefits are outstanding. It's a unique industry and it's definitely interesting to dive into. It was a great place to work, until it wasn't.
Cons
Very cliquey, if you weren't "in" you were not given opportunities. Training and learning were given to those who fit in and those who had been there since the good ol startup days. As it grew, the perks were taken away and the culture became less startup and more corporation, without the organization corporations have. The company recently laid off 10% of the employees but are still hiring to their "growing" team. Those laid off were let go due to popularity, not value. Layoffs happen, but they handled it with deceit and dishonesty and did a disservice to those who were let go. Be weary of working here, they will gut you without warning if it serves them. They place no value on their employees heads.
