Pros
-even bad experiences are learning experiences, so even if the time there wasn't the best, at least it taught me something
Cons
-most employees were anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks behind in paychecks, not many people like working for free. Employer claimed there was a lack of funds, that any funds coming in had to pay other bills, not payroll.
