The executive level management had no clue what they were doing but this makes sense because only job he has ever held is this job in a sales capacity but not smart enough to actually run the company. Then you have an owner that does not include himself in any meetings just to come in at last moment and tell everyone they are doing it all wrong. The one lie that management consistently told us was that the company has grown tremendously over last few years . The company merged with another company that was in the majority owners portfolio already for the last several years. If you value your career this would be a wrong turn for you - be careful.
