Pros
- grow your experience - mostly good teams to work within, with both seniors and inexperienced employees. - they pay good money up to some level. - a warm place if you seek for a peaceful road to retirement or , to log some work before getting pregnant and having a baby
Cons
-It has all the cons that a typical corporations have, generated by human vices of course. Those are actually not much of a problem . -If you don't like to work much , you can survive there for a while. It's harder to survive if you do like the work , because you'll end up clogged with left overs from piled up from those who don't like it. -Personnel cuts in Germany. This lead to a growth of the business in Romania , but the general state of mind inside the company was getting far from zen. -A part of the people ( valuable ones) left also from Romania's offices as part of the wave. -The way that top management (CEO and VPs) advertised the budget cuts and forthcoming actions were discouraging.
