      M.E.S.O. Inc. is a work environment that fosters growth, work ethic, and community. There is a family-like culture that provides support and advice to make employees the best they can be. The hours are reasonable and well-compensated. There are opportunities for advancement for those that work hard and show commitment to the betterment of the company.

      Flexible schedule, nice people, convenient location, good pay and benefits for the area

      Cons

      Was told plans of growth, potential avenues to use experience, of a bonus program, none happened. PTO policy is a joke. Toxic and subpar management structure at best.
