After working for a large recruitment agency for 10 years, I decided I needed a change. It was a difficult decision to leave after such a long time however, it's the best decision I ever made. MERJE trust you to do your job and reward you well for it. They are flexible and supportive. You are given the tools you need to do the job you are there to do without getting bogged down with admin tasks that most recruiters hate! All the consultants who work at MERJE are well respected and I feel proud to work for a company with such a great reputation after only 7 years in business. If you need something doing, it will be done straight away without having to go through lots of red tape, which is so refreshing... There are summer social events that help bond the team and quarterly incentive meals, which are done in work time! Best of all, I feel like I am working with a bunch of old friends, all of whom have made me feel so welcome from day one! I am so happy I joined MERJE.
