Thank you for your feedback regarding our organization being perceived as "still too young to build up professionals." We understand the importance of professional growth and development here at MERGE. To address this, we have implemented a new manager certification program, various learning and development opportunities to support our employees in advancing their careers, and more recently a public speaking/presentation skills training workshop. We are committed to nurturing talent and providing resources for continuous growth and success, and we recommend reaching out to your manager or the Talent team at talent@mergeworld.com to learn more about these opportunities.

Pros

My experience at Merge has been very positive. The leadership team is consistently focused on the growth of both the team and its individual members (and clients). It's a very flexible environment with a strong emphasis on client service and supporting their unique goals.

Cons

None at this time - This is a positive work environment!

Pros

As with any company, you will find some seriously talented and well-meaning people who want to do good work. There are some strong big-name accounts you may have the opportunity to work on. If you like change and rolling with the punches, this could be a good company for you.

Cons

MERGE is no in a good financial place. The company has gone through several rounds of considerable lay-offs and now they are looking to trim around the edges. Executive leadership is overbloated making the organization very top heavy right now. All of these 'leaders' want to leave their mark and make changes, but there are so many that the folks doing the work can't keep up. Processes are always changing and we don't feel secure in our roles or in how revenue is being invested into the company.
