Pros
A really great place to work - they are a pretty laid back group, as long as you get your work done and on-time. The senior staff is always ready to help and really care about you as a person, not just an employee. Their company events are really the best!
Cons
Not a con for me, per say, but they allow a lot of room for personal growth - which means they don't hand-hold or micromanage, but let you take charge of your own position. Some people might not like that much freedom or would want more specific guidance, but it works for me!
