Pros
- Small office environment, room to take on more projects if you show initiative - Decent benefits, especially for a small business.
Cons
- HR isn't great at handling employee complaints - Since it's a family-owned business it's hard not to feel like an outsider - There are clear favorites, which is disheartening if you're a hard worker but not adept at the 'social game'
