Pros
The best part about working at MEDvidi is the mission. You feel like your work genuinely helps people, which is incredibly motivating. My immediate team is fantastic full of smart, collaborative people who are always willing to help each other out. There's a good level of autonomy, and leadership trusts you to manage your own projects. The remote work policy is also truly flexible, which makes maintaining a work-life balance much easier.
Cons
Like any rapidly evolving company, MEDvidi is in a dynamic phase of growth. Cross-departmental communication is good, though as we scale, there's always an opportunity to refine how information flows seamlessly.
