We're pleased to hear that you learned many new skills with us! MEDUCOM can be counted on to provide the learning and development to propel your career with us and across our industry. A client service-based business is one where work fluctuates day-to-day, month-to-month. MEDUCOM regularly rewards our employees for their dedication and time spent during busier seasons. They are responsible for our consistently high level of client service we have been respected for in our industry for decades. Flex days, work/life balance initiatives and learning opportunities ensure that our team is recognized for that commitment to excellence. While a company cannot achieve an employee's own work/life balance, MEDUCOM strives to find the right fit between the role and the person and supports their team to find satisfaction and reward in their work. Flexibility is earned with seniority and our junior roles stay true to the vacation allotment mutually agreed at the outset of the role. We enjoy social activities together aligned to our culture and always ensure they are not burdensome and that our employees are not shamed for electing not to participate.

Pros

Great way to learn the pharmaceutical industry in a short amount of time and build your network. Interesting projects and high level of responsibility = high impact/meaningful work. Generally good people to work with, small company feel, fun team building activities.

Cons

High quality work delivered, but at the expense of its employees. Poor work/life balance, tons of OT, high stress/burnout culture. High amount of negative feedback with little positive feedback from management, little patience to achieve high standards, micromanaging. Low pay for type of work expected and cheap on benefits/rewards. Can lack humility and respect.

Our people do thrive on meaningful work! They are responsible for the consistently high level of client service we have been respected for in our industry for decades. A client service-based business is one where work fluctuates day-to-day, month-to-month. MEDUCOM regularly rewards our employees for their dedication and time spent during busier seasons. We are confident that our compensation is at least that of industry standards. We recognize that our drive for employees to grow to their full potential can sometimes be perceived negatively. We are actively working on that aspect of our business to ensure a positive impact.
