Pros
There are still people who care and work together, but even this solidarity isn't enough to overcome the effect Bayer is having. There are some good ideas for moving forward, but execution is lacking. Our products help people, which at least is a good end goal.
Cons
Bayer, nothing but a pharma giant who thinks they can manage a device company. Too many reorgs means they don't know what they are doing in the first place. Too many people still have an engineering only mindset, very few have a broad set of skills needed to understand the big picture that is new product development.
