Great Company - Anonymous employee MDI Health Employee Review

Atmosphere is very good, thanks to the great people in the company. WLB is very good, working 2-3 days from the office, managers are flexible.

Offices are currently not so welcoming, although pretty close to the train station (which is a good thing). Payrolls are not so high at the moment until revenue will be more significant.

MDI has a culture like no other. Everyone here genuinely cares about the mission, and you can see it in the results of our work. It is a refreshingly open environment that encourages people to give feedback and improve, with lots of room for growth. At MDI I have really had the opportunity to take charge of my own initiatives, and am given full responsibility and trust, without people standing over my shoulders. While we all work hard, people here also know how to have fun, and a place where individualism is valued.

The only real downside of MDI in my opinion is the hybrid work from home model. We currently work in the office only twice a week, and I would prefer more.
