Pros
- interesting work and many projects - good engineering culture at the lower levels, project seniors/management are helpful and good to work with - good benefits - depending on team, good wlb and flexible wfh/hours - overtime is banked and paid out or used as vacation
Cons
- low pay (have to constantly pushing for raises or they will not give you much) - bad corporate/upper management, see below - limited ability for career advancement depending on team (promotions are based on team space availability and seniority, not performance)
