Hostile team environment dictated by Untouchable - Intermediate Engineer MDA Employee Review

Many of my friends were bullied by the staff engineer whose ego was through the roof. He was inappropriate, toxic and would continually degrade members of the team. Even with countless complaints made to HR and management,he was so protected that people called him “untouchable”. Only solution was to change teams or quit - sucks because the project was super interesting.
