      Highly skilled colleagues who are passionate about the work they are doing. Large variety of engaging projects. Total compensation package is good (and competitive). Competent boss from whom I do learn.

      Cons

      Staffing challenges means too much to do with limited time available. Work-life imbalance (though some flexibility there).
