      Work from home. Editors are thorough and helpful.

      Cons

      Each region is run by a different manager with different expectations. Low pay and no raises, even after working for them for three years.

      Pros

      Work from home on your own time. Makes good use of technology.

      Cons

      No sick time. If you are ill and can't work you're expected to just make it up the next day. Long-term illnesses are covered. Pay is by the line transcribed and had not changed for years. Too many layers of management.

      Horrible salary. Too many levels of upper management. Inconsistent workload. No response or resolution when it comes to problems with unfair management practices.
