Pros
The people here are amazing. They work hard, but are defintely rewarded. This could be in pay, outside activities, bringing your dog to work, or ramping up skillsets in project management, revit and other skills. The CEO Rick, will literally give you the shirt off his back. He's truly believes this is a people first company. Everyone is there to support you and it is not a start-up feel, but one of family and belonging. You can put your roots in here and grow at this company.
Cons
There is a lot of diversity in the projects that we do from Dental and healthcare to Vet med and laboratories. Sometimes that means you can be tasked to more than one project at a time, but you have the support. It can just be a lot of exposure if you're not used to it.
