Pros
Benefits, flextime, possible telecommuting, I stayed way past the time I should have left ... Due to the great benefits .. In the end I know I should have left for my own sanity
Cons
I was actually asked to commit fraud by my manager to bill Medicare patients without the ability to look up documentation for medical necessity. in fact, i was written up for looking at documentation because it cut into the production time and numbers. I went to HR, called the hotline .. Which goes right back to the institution and compliance did nothing about it ...
