- Poor recruitment process. The person I replaced was nice and interviewed me, however, the HR was terribly rude and didn't want to send me a JD (they never made one), my contract only stated my role not my responsibilities and direct reports. - No job induction, no team structure, no systems. - Toxic culture, going behind people's back, dishonesty and gaslighting. - Some staff think they know it all and have the worst attitude. - Passive communication & pettiness. Make yourself a favour and avoid this company at all cost!
