Great work environment, superiors are extremely helpful and willing to take the time to teach interns. I was very happy when the CEO and other high-level executives gave me career advice and thorough guidance in my work to help me succeed while working independently.
There are very few PROS of working at mCube. I consider the time that I spent there to be the biggest mistake of my career.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the culture and the poor working atmosphere. There is no teamwork. The management is poorly lead and has no idea how lead others and how to communicate effectively.
