Carmen Todd the supervisor there is a drunk she walks around all day tripping over everything . Always has her drink mixed in with her coffee in a coffee cup so that no one notices the Team Lead Alexis is always in drama with girls on the floor. Always trying to fit in when she should be doing her job .She’s always running peoples business in and they still allow her to be Team Lead which is crazy to me because she does powder as well and she has done powder with a few girls that used to work there. there’s another Team Lead name Anna, who does crystal meth. She has no teeth in her mouth and they are completely and extremely obnoxious and rude. They all need to be removed from this building and replace with professional people. Who aren’t drug addicts and actually wanna do their job. This place is a circus . People vaping on the call floor no structure phone are still being out while on the call floor as well. Someone from corporate needs to take charge and bring in professional because these people makes MCI LOOK BAD AND MAKES PEOPLE NOT EVEN WANT TO BE IN THAT ENVIRONMENT . I’m glad I moved on and found me a better job with less drama im in my 40’s I can’t deal with all that

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed.
