Pros
If you are looking for a role in the Association industry, look for roles on this team. Chief of Staff is phenomenal as is the Directors of the teams and the staff as well.
Cons
Although a collaborative company which espouses transparency, this attribute isn't always followed by Sr. VPs. As well, work/life balance and flexibility is touted, but taking time off is a struggle.
