The younger woman (between 30-40) higher up the hierarchy scale (in the corporate events team) have very toxic behaviour towards own colleagues that are below their hierarchal status, meaning that specific people their soft skills are horrible managed. Nevertheless, the woman's have a strong work ethic and are amazing with clients but they expect colleagues to be the same regarding work ethics and skills, if you don't have the same ethics, standards or skills, they will gladly make you aware of their disappointment and that they have something against you. Those people will talk about you to colleagues behind your back. Especially towards interns and coordinators there is toxic behaviour so be aware if you want to apply for that position. Management does nothing about this. They gladly makes abuse of interns and coordinators because of hierarchy and give them the tasks they don't want to do that is sometimes not even work related (meaning how it is written in your contract). If someone from MCI Amsterdam reads this, they know very well who I'm talking about in this cons review. This is not something I'm coming up with, gossip is going around within the teams and within departments for the last years about this issue but no one is stepping up.
