The work was not personally satisfying/important to me. Nothing unethical, but web-scraping is a bit grey to me.

MCH has been a great place to work. There is a positive can-do atmosphere and the fellow employees are great to work with. The company is innovative and constantly developing and modernizing. MCH keeps up with the times and remains relevant as technology and everything else in the world changes. I really enjoyed the small town, rural atmosphere and work ethic.

Cons

There have been some upper level executives in the past who were unable to perform their jobs competently. Some creating adverse work environments for their employees. Most moved on due to their own career changes, very few were fired for incompetence. The problem people are no longer there now, but they were allowed to stay in place far too long.
