Management isnt the best - Anonymous employee MCC Employee Review

The break room is disgusting. Trash cans were always filled to the brim and employees had to take out trash. Certain rules doesnt apply to certain people. Supervisor barely like to speak and stays in the office. They dont train you good in areas. Terrible communication. The management doesnt do anything when you come to them with a problem.
