Pros
Well structured company. Everyone works hard and takes ownership of their work. Employees are kind to one another and eager to help each other.
Cons
Not a lot of room to move up unless you work at a plant. Don't count on a bonus or pay raise. They haven't given them in a few years. Lots of people have left in the last few years because of poor pay.
